She previously served as Brand Ambassador and Board Member for Neighborly, the world’s largest franchisor of home service brands for which she also served as CEO for 15 years. Her first book, Live RICH: How to build success in your company and your life with a proven Code of Values®, launched her subsequent successful topic Values, Inc.

From her hometown in Waco, Texas, she has traveled across the country and overseas to discuss the themes of Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus and Having Fun In The Process as the roadmap to success for the Neighborly of companies, as well as for any companies that are willing to live and lead with their own core values.
