I love that I grew up with a strong Code of Values outlined by my father Don Dwyer. It made such an impact that we were eager to expand them into an operationalized Code of Values following the themes of Respect, Integrity, Customer focus and Having fun in the process. The idea to Live R.I.C.H. in business and in life has followed me ever since.

But it doesn’t stop there. An extra special outcome has been how all of these values can be tied to scripture. And I give full credit to my brother, Doug Dwyer, President and CSO of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, for the example that he shares across the DreamMaker franchise network. This spiritual approach has supported a growing network in a positive direction and created a culture that is strong and enduring for the home office, franchise owners, their teams and the customers they serve each day.
